Lors du dernier Conseil communal d\u2019Estaimpuis, Ouverture a salu\u00e9 la mise en place d\u2019un cadre plus clair et structur\u00e9 pour les frais de parcours 2026 ainsi que l\u2019utilisation des v\u00e9hicules communaux. Nos interventions de ces derniers mois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendues et se traduisent par des r\u00e8gles plus transparentes et responsables, dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de toutes et tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Depuis le d\u00e9but de la l\u00e9gislature, nous veillons \u00e0 la bonne gestion des deniers publics. Sur ce dossier, nous avions point\u00e9 un manque de cadre qui laissait trop de marges d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation. Notre objectif \u00e9tait simple : clarifier les r\u00e8gles, am\u00e9liorer le suivi et garantir une utilisation responsable des moyens communaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contrairement \u00e0 ce que certains laissent entendre, nous ne nous contentons pas de critiquer : nous proposons, nous intervenons et nous contribuons concr\u00e8tement au bien commun. Si certaines prises de position ont pu heurter, nous le regrettons : notre intention n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 de stigmatiser qui que ce soit, mais de d\u00e9fendre une gestion intelligente, responsable et transparente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aujourd\u2019hui, le Coll\u00e8ge a pris en compte ces remarques et a pos\u00e9 un cadre plus pr\u00e9cis, avec des r\u00e8gles claires et des modalit\u00e9s d\u2019utilisation mieux d\u00e9finies. Nous f\u00e9licitons le Bourgmestre, le Coll\u00e8ge et l\u2019administration pour ce travail utile et attendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nous resterons attentifs \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de ces r\u00e8gles et proposerons, le moment venu, un bilan public pour en mesurer les effets concrets.
